Player One Arcade Bar

This company is Harassing my employer and me personally Trying to bill me $*** for a cleaning fee. We went there for a holiday party on dec. 19th 2019 and I got sick in the bathroom and threw up. I ended up going to the hospital. Player One Arcade Bar's business owner is trying to charge a $*** bill to my job and or me, saying that we need to pay them a cleaning fee. I was never told there was going to be a charge nor was my employer. To be charged for throwing up in a in a bathroom At a business establishment is ridiculous. Even huge establishments like McDonald's, Burger King and others bars and restaurants do not charge you for getting sick or throwing up in the business establishment . The company is harassing my employer and me personally for money on a daily basis. The calls and emails are endless. There was no damage to their property or establishment! There was no throw up on any carpet or flooring that could not be cleaned or needed replacement. None of their games,property, or bar materials nothing was damaged . They did not notify my employer or myself that if you throw up in the bathroom there will be a cleaning charge of any amount, let alone *** dollars worth. This is a bar that serves alcohol and if they want to charge someone that throws up they should be notified prior to entering the establishment! There a charge and Bill is not justified! I threw up in a bathroom That was tiled completely I understand it was gross and needed to be mopped but just like any other business establishment That's the companies employee responsibility. They get paid to clean their establishment.
