Thank you for your phone call and email I have reviewed the complaint and talked to my manager on duty that day /> I would like to point out that the complaint statement talks of how the server pushed the phone off the table implying a purposeful and malicious act Admittedly the phone was knocked off the table when she picked up the menu The complaint also states that the phone turned off completely after one minute and never turned on again However, my manager, which the complainant states he tracked down after several minutes, informed me that when he was shown the phone, it was working Unfortunately we do not know if anything happened to this phone after Mr [redacted] left our establishment Given the information provided, specifically that the phone was working when the customer left the establishment and we feel there was no loss, we must decline to provide any compensation.If you need any further information, please let us know.***

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below [My Phone was not working when your manger checked it out,there was also a visible damage to my phone from the outside, I had to go to Verizon and get a loaner phone next morning until my phone is replaced,all this is well documented.Apparently your manager is lying to you and hurting your bussines badI have appreciated and supported your establishment for over years since the opening, regardless to the terrible service, but what happen that night is simply not acceptable,if you are not willing to settle with me and pay for the damage your server caused I will take this matter somewhere else.] Thank you Regards, [redacted]
