seem to be unfair for a person to request a refund from a league more than years oldOften times when a captain has players that quit the team, the captain comes back to us looking for a refund from us so they don;t get stuck with the billIt seems like that is what is happening hereI need info on the team, player or location to appropriately defend our product

I currently play in Tues night *** *** League and Wed night *** I am now signed in on the website for this leagueSince last correspondence on Revdex.com and after numerous emails and complaints we have gotten the 9/game rescheduledDespite this, we have had the following issues this season in the *** *** League alone
6:PM game 7/was cancelled via email at 6:PM after all teams had already shown up due to *** festival
8/game scheduled for 6:PM was changed to a 9:PM game a few hours before game timeWe weren't able to find enough players but still managed to play with players
Game times for 9/changed day beforeGames moved to *** park 7:PM with no working lightsUmpire knew lights didn't work hours before but wouldn't call the game even though it was very dangerous and told us game wouldn't be rescheduled so we should keep playing (game has now been rescheduled after numerous complaints)
Playoffs 9/and 9/moved to *** Park (not played yet)
Again, we signed up for a league at *** Park and are playing multiple games at *** ParkPlayers Sports has been unresponsive via phone and mostly unresponsive and unprofessional via email such the first response above
