I purchased a vehicle from Adams auto Group and Refinanced the loan through my credit unionI cancelled my Gap coverage in writing with the company that Adams auto does their business with within the proper amount of time and specific documentationI spoke to Helen H [redacted] her number is ###-###-####; ###-###-#### fax, email: [redacted] , she tried to help me resolve in retrieving my refund due to the refinancingThe Adams auto group have been giving me the complete run-around ie, calling there and people have lied about there names or I’m not entitled or I did not provide information in time, and it will take three months to process before I receive itI have not and have records of when and who I’ve spoken to along with Helen H [redacted] who had me on the line while she called to try and rectify this issueI called again yesterday to speak with Tina in the financing department who is now never there to speak withThis has been going on since April of I am very unhappy a

Real Piece of S [redacted] CompanyI brought a supposedly new Lancer off there lotSleezy a [redacted] sales man [redacted] pulled every sneaky trick her could to make sure I drove off same dayI put $1,down and my Hyundai Accent which would cover I guess the other $All of this was suppose to bring my payments to about $a month which was what he originally told meThen we began finalizing the sale he told me that my payments would be $which once again I was good with being that I was about to drive away in a new carI didn't have the title for my car on hand so I told them I would bring it back that Friday which they were fine withHowever this is where the sleeze really comes in, they pull up the car so I can start putting my thing in and [redacted] hits me " I need another $by the end of the month but you have to bring that hereThat's not for the Bank" I automatically let him know that wont have it and he assures me that they will work with me on the payments! At this point I see it for what it is he's just getting over being that the car is sitting there, so I'm like fineNow, that night I go home and I'm reading through the pile of paper work I acquired while signing over my life and I see that Sleezy [redacted] put that I gave him a $down payment in cash which is why I owe another $So when I go in on Friday to bring the title I ask himWhy do I owe you $if I gave you my car and my car should have covered part of the paymentEspecially since my car only had about 80,miles on it and the engine was in good running conditionIt was old but the main issue was the A/C didn't work and the driver side window wouldn't roll upEither wayI ask Sleezy [redacted] if why do I still owe you money if I gave you my car and he tells me the car is covering the cost of the DMV Fee's Registration & PlatesWhen he said that I knew it was bull because that stuff doesn't cost that muchAlso I never recieved a bill of sale or anything from themIt wasn't even mentioned in my paper work but what everNow let's fast forward to the Car itselfThe day I drove off the lot I noted that the low tire pressure sensor was on, so my husband and I stopped at the gas station to put air in the tire but they were fullI spoke with Sleezy [redacted] about it when I went to drop of the title and he said that it to Mitsubishi being that is it's probably a sensor issue and it should be covered under to warranty with them so I booked an appointment for that weekend and had Mitsubishi check the carOnce the did they let me know the sensor was on because there were needles in the tire and they were logged in places that would be difficult to fix so there best advice would be to have the dealer change the tire, and they also said the routers were worn down and needed to be replacedI took the papers they gave me with the fixes went straight over to Adam's and of coarse [redacted] wasn't in so another Sales Man named Jay said they would fix the issues, even can an took a picture of the tire and said don't worry we will let you know when to bring it inBeing that they seem to be doing me right I gave him $said that was toward the $I owed and I asked for a receiptThis dude tells me that my paper work is my receipt being that [redacted] said I put $and this is going towards thatNow I go in the on Tuesday because the battery dies no me (new car my ***) after [redacted] threatens me talking about it's not there problemI need to take it to the Mitsubishi and tells me if I bring it to they will charge mebull bull bullso I take it over there anywayThey had it sit for days until my Boss goes over there complaining how they need to give me a loner and it shouldn't be taking this long for these minor repairsAbout a 1/hour later my car battery and router changed(I guess I have to be a man to get [redacted] done with them) But anyway ask the mechanic did they change the tire, he said they never mentioned itSo I go back and ask them what's up? They tell me that there not fixing the tire that's my problemThey will no longer assist me even though I've had the car less than weeks and I've given them my moneyNow Jay is on Vacation and Sleezy [redacted] can't vouch for what he told me even though he took the photo of my tire size and allAnother no good company that doesn't give a damn about there clientsI deal with sales people all the time in my business and I know how easy it is to spit policy and be coveredHowever, there should be a scene of morality which I provide to people I deal with when you don't have to care, but you do because your a good person and this person came to you for helpBut it is what it isStay away from these people or get stuck like meWith a new fked up car, payments due, and out of pocket coast that need to be made

I purchase my truck from adams auto group in paterson nj I took my truck to them the next day of purchase letting them know that the truck has problems and I took to them every time I notice the car was making different kind of noise and they so called fix whatever they though was wrong with the car and still they car wasn't good and months laters my motor of my car lock
