This was a case where *** had purchased Playground from a retailer who doesn't accept returns after the product has been downloadedWe were in touch with *** regularly to resolve the issue but once we got
in touch with the retailer to help process the return the process slowed down*** was eventually refunded his money, 100% by Playground, despite Playground not being reimbursed by the retailer*** was contacted via phone by Playground to walk him through why the process was out of the ordinary and taking longer than expected

Review: Product is not as described or advertised. Numerous attempts to contact customer support for a refund have only resulted in getting strung along. Currently I am not receiving any response from the customer support email, and I am unable to locate a phone number for the business. I simply just want my money refunded, as I am not currently, and will never use this product.Desired Settlement: Full refund of money via check or in store credit to the the retail location where the download code was purchased.
