I conveyed to [redacted] that we do not offer a move of a play system for $100 unless it was a special deal that was negotiated at the time of sale. I had asked [redacted] if there was any notation of a $100 move on the play system invoice. He said that he and his wife both heard the sales consultant throw out that we could move the play system at anytime in the future for $100. Before I got too far, [redacted] indicated that he ended up moving the play system by himself and that he said the issue is not resolved and then left the conversation before I could try to talk through. Please know that customer service is very important to our business. I am sure you can see our track record [redacted], that its pretty clean. I have owned the company for twenty years and whenever I am alerted of an issue, my goal is to resolve and move forward. In an effort to make amends for the $200 [redacted] noted he spent to move the system, I will offer a in-store credit for [redacted] & Ami [redacted] of $200 good towards any products or services or issue a check for the $100 difference for his investment and amount that he heard in sales conversation at point of sale.
