I have already responded to *** on social media and below is our response to herWe are limited by the USCG as to how many passenger we can carry at one time therefore we do require reservations with pre-paymentWe have approximately people every weekend on our boats with six bar hop
cruises running every weekendWe process over transaction thru our booking system and PayPal and have only disputes in years, two this year counting this one. ***, It’s unfortunate that you feel you had a poor experience with our service because YOU booked the wrong dateIt’s also interesting that anytime someone makes a mistake, we’re rude, it’s our fault and you can’t wait to write a bad reviewAs I explained to you on the phone, you were the fourth reservation that came in for that cruise and there were still spots availableYou made your reservation on July 27th and that same day received an email receipt from PayPal showing the date of the cruise you bookedYou also received an email confirmation from our booking system showing the date of the cruise you bookedThe cruise you booked was for August 18thYou received confirmations and had days before the cruise and you never tried to contact us about booking the wrong dateWhen we called you on August 18th to see if you were on your way to the cruise you told the captain that you changed your mind and would not be comingLater when you called us, you told me that you thought you were talking to someone that you had set up a ride with to get to the cruiseGuess you also booked the wrong date with them.I believe *** book the cruise she wanted but for some reason when the date and time came for the cruise they just didn't show upWe have been using the same booking system for six years with no problems and have processed over 10,passengers thru itThis is only the second time in the past years that someone booked the wrong date and tried to blame it on the booking systemCheck out our out of 5-star reviews on FacebookYou don't get that by defrauding customers as *** claimed.Sincerely,Captain ***Playin Hooky Water Taxi & Charters LLC

*** *** As you have mentioned we have already communicated about your experience with Playin HookyThe clams that you have made are not accurate nor are they true, and you did receive the service that you paid for It says several places on our website that we have no refunds
within days and we certainly don’t give refunds after you receive the service. As anyone can see with our 50+ STAR reviews on Facebook, we do not operate in the manner that you have claimed. You seemed to be happy until the cruise was over and you said that you did not know that we charge a water taxi to get back to where you were stayingAnd as a result we had to call the water patrol to have you removed from the propertyBest Wishes
