In reviewing the complaint from the customer with our consumer representative supervisor, it was discussed that there were several attempts to processes the credit card with both representatives with no success.When a customer places an order online they receive an automated response with the message that their order was confirmedWhen the order is confirmed, it is placed into our ordering system and no authorization of credit card payment has been appliedWhen viewing orders that were put on hold for various reasons, her order showed that the authorization had failedAn email was sent directly to the customer to contact us to help rectify the issue.When the customer contacted us, the representative and supervisor, made several attempts to apply the credit card, every time receiving an error message that the address for the card was not validOur standard practice is to have the customer contact their bank to verify the address as our system verification is based on 100% accuracy in billing addressesWe are unable to contact the customer's credit card company as they will not give us the customer's information for security purposes.We have had address issues resolved by either the customer calling the bank and having a conference call between themselves, the credit card company and a Playmobil representative or providing us with another credit cardPlaymobil has two AVS checks in place to provide both the customer and Playmobil security when processing credit card payments.We will be happy to contact the customer and ask them to provide us with another credit card and try to process the order
