Plaza Auto Center has acknowledged Mrs***'s complaint and we have taken steps to assure her this is not how we do businessWe have been in business years and are known for our good reputation in this community. And just to get the facts correct:PLAZA AUTO CENTER purchased the location where *** *** USED TO BE and nothing more. She has nothing to fear from us

MrP*** has talked with Mr*** we will pick up the vehicle today and the matter is resolved

response and as I MENTIONED originally, I DO NOT HAVE TIME TO GO THIS FAR ABOUT SOMETHING I WAS SIMPLY UPSET ABOUT. This has cause me not ONLY distress due to the UNAUTHORIZED "credit app" that had been "lost" (as stated by him on the 50 minute AUDIO RECORDING.) but I have been in such a deep PTSD flare up, I have had to seek help (will provided ANY evidence I have AFTER I FEEL SAFE) In addition, as of YESTERDAY, I received a FIFTH letter from a NEW financial institution. All 3 Credit monitoring companies I am using have informed me of the repercussions from the high number of hard inquiries and I am now trying to recoup those points AND reason I am not able to expand my business at the rate I was. Financially I am struggling.AGAIN, I am not the kind of person to seek out such an extensive complaint for a petty reason. I have already filed complaints with NADA, AADA and the AZ Attorney General office. I am filing a lawsuit locally but with the evidence I have, it will escalate to a Federal Level. name of the finance company all he said was don't worry about it they will send you the bills. how can anybody in their right mine can possible force you to purchase a Vehicle, when there is no money for down payment or for the monthly payments for the matter. Best Regards Carlos Marquez

ask for the name of the finance company all he said was don't worry about it they will send you the bills. how can anybody in their right mine can possible force you to purchase a Vehicle, when there is no money for down payment or for the monthly payments for the matter.

Buying a vehicle is always a challenge. I had never done business with Plaza Auto before. I happened to see a vehicle I had been wanting. I wasn't ready to buy, but by the time I left I was very happy. I was treated professionally and all I came in contact with have been very friendly and helpful. It has only been 30 days but I did have to take it in because I didn't understand some of the gauges. They have helped me out and in fact I just got off the phone with them. Plates and registration should be in soon.

Mr. P[redacted] has talked with Mr. [redacted] we will pick up the vehicle today and the matter is resolved.

I purchased a vehicle from the location and from the time of purchase I have been attempting to get the vehicle fixed and every time I call I get a different response. I have talked to the salesperson and the manager on numerous occasions and they seem to have no sense of urgency in resolving the situation. They have kept the vehicle a month at a time each time. First it's starting to work on it. Then it's we are ordering the part. Then it's we haven't received the part we are still searching to get a the part. I have been getting the run around and luckily I have other means of transportation. I purchased the vehicle expecting the customer experience to be a bit better. I have been patient in getting the matter resolved and it just seems that they are blowing smoke with every interaction. I have been civil in waiting for the vehicle to be repaired. If I could go back I would have made a purchase given the quality of service I have received.

I have never had a better experience at ANY other business than I have at Plaza Auto. I have purchased TWO vehicles from Plaza. I found out the day before my trip to OK that I had a crack in my oil pan like 6 months after I bought the car. I called Tony last minute ina panic thinking Id have to delay my trip... He had his mechanic at the dealership put on a new oil pan and I was on the road on time. I've called Tony at Plaza on several other ocassions and he always comes through. We still love our vehicles and they are still going strong BUT if/when we purchase again I WILL be going back to PLAZA!

Plaza Auto Center has always been our choice of dealerships to purchase vehicles from. They have always treated us like family and have made all our car buying experiences enjoyable. Never once have they made me feel forced or rushed into anything. I've purchased 5-6 cars from them and will never go anywhere else! Make Plaza your next choice you won't be disappointed!!

Do not purchase a vehicle from this dealership. I purchased a vehicle and 3 days later the vehicle was a danger to drive it was a recalled vehicle for the ignition module which makes the vehicle just stop running and you cannot control the vehicle the steering column and the brakes do not work. I have tried to get some results from this dealership to repair the problem and they just say the vehicle is fine

Review: On 12/17/2015 my wife and I went to plaza auto center to see a vehicle for sale, then the sales person Karina H[redacted] Approach us and ask us if we like the Vehicle, I said yes, then she said I will get the keys and we can take it for a ride

So we did, then I ask about the price and she responded just need some information to provide you with the price so I furnish all the documents that she ask for, then she goes sign here and here and here so I can take all documents to the manager to get the price, but never got the price until we have sign the contract and the rest of documentation.

then she goes here are the key take it home and drive it that was Friday after putting 30 miles during the weekend

we returned it on Monday ant told them we cant not afford the Vehicle and we left it, 3 weeks later someone drove the Vehicle to my property they pride open the gate and drove it in with out any authorization to get in, there was no contact what so ever, I need Help ImmediatelyDesired Settlement: Currently the Vehicle is in my property and I need it gone asap, have no interest in it

did not put money down but the business still want me to buy it one way or the other.

I think that Plaza Auto does a really good job & actually helps out their customers with everything &anything. Me myself haven't bought a car from them but my daughter has & they were very friendly & helpful in all kinds of ways.
