Review: I took in my vehicle to be repaired on 4/14/13.Since towing my car and paying for their towing service, I was charged $1,500.00 for the repairs and labor. I was not given an estimated time to pick up but they said to call them back in two days. The vehicle was not ready at all in the days. They then asked for a deposite to pay for the parts so they can order them. I have never had a mechanic do this.After one attempt on paying depsoite and there system not working, I paid depsoite of $800.00. Car should of been done that week, never done.As of today, I still do not have my vehicle and have not received the okay to pick it up. I called today to get the okay to pick it up and now they are saying they had to order a tool to continue to fix my vehicle and that I have to call them again at the end of the day to get another update on the status. I live miles away from the nearest bus stop and my employers location and have been having to walk miles/take busses and ask for continous rides to take care of my family and make sure I get to work and not lose my job due to this. I have the money to pay for the repairs adn to get my car back and there is no reason as to why the Auto Repair Server is not providing me with the correct Customer Service they are to to have their business running correctly and professionally.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund at least half of it because I had to rent a car, give people gas money and just go through so much with my son on foot living far and never ever expecting to have to pay for a service that took way past its time to fix and it being a professional auto repair shop. I could have taken it to another one even though this shop was my second opinion shop. I still do not have my car today and cannot even think of how to do this for another how many more weeks living miles away.
