Fake Crab!!!
My wife and I ordered seafood chimichangas. The menu said they were made with crab and shrimp. They were made with sea sticks not crab! Sea sticks contain no crab! Total rip-off! They should be ashamed.

Dear [redacted] ***This letter is in response to your correspondence on February 23.2017, Tegarding a Customer Complaint about a gift card, unfortunately my system shows that the balance has been redeemed; I don't understand how that happened but, what I can assure you is that under no circumstances would we redeem a card balance without the card being presentIt is true when a card is Zero balance we keep those cards and reuse them, adding value, there is no way we would redeem the balance just with the numberIf the magnetic stripe is damaged, then we may enter the number manually, as long as We have the card present, otherwise that would not be done.We were trying to contact the customer, but we were unable with the phonenumber that we hadWe are happy to give her a new card with the $balance, we are sorry about this situation.We appreciate our customers; will look forward to resolve this matter.Respectfully:JAlfredo J***ManagerPlaza Azteca KOP

We at Plaza Azteca are very sorry about the inconvenienceand yes we did not explained about happy out and yes out English is also broken we have a small language barrier
but! we sure know about courtesy and manners e do not allow people to discriminate or put us down she had
grate drinks grate service was given top house tequila and was explained to her never the less here is the lady's res pounce please look at the attachment and judge for your self's.... and also please don't think because we have an accent we also think with one

Called the business spoke with *** he stated that before he can verify anything he needs to see a copy of the receiptHe stated that during happy hour a tall beer is $*** and if not happy hour the beer is $*** at full price

Review: I went to Plaza Azteca during Happy Hour on 6/3/16, with 2 friends. We arrived at 5 p.m. and stayed for a few hours. During that time my 2 friends ordered Medium regular margaritas. I ordered a Medium Skinny margarita. We specifically inquired as to the sizes of the drinks. The waitress said there was a small, medium and jumbo size. We all asked for medium sized drinks, and they all came in the exact same sized, shape and style glasses. When the bills arrived, my 2 friend’s drinks were $20 and mine were $70. My drinks were $15 each. Their’s were $5 each. We asked the waitress why there was a price difference, and she said that my drinks were more expensive. We then asked to speak with the manager. He said that because I had different liquor, mine were more expensive. Then the owner came over. He said that mine was a different size. We argued the point the all of the drinks were the exact same size, the server told us that it was Happy Hour, and never mentioned that my drinks did not fall under happy hour rules, and she said that they were medium sized. He said mine was Jumbo, but it was not. He refused to adjust the price. This is outrageous. Someone needs to look into the pricing methods of this place.Desired Settlement: I want a $30 gift certificate from the restaurant. They should have explained that Skinny margaritas were not under the Happy Hour rule. Because I had the exact same medium sized drinks as my friends, I should not be charged for Jumbo, when I received medium.
