Withdrew from school. Was told I would receive partial refund of tuition since I had paid full amount at beginning of school. Have received no refund.When I enrolled in school, I paid full amount of tuition for entire program. I withdrew from school on August [redacted] I was told, and was given a document stating the school would refund $4125.00 to me.Despite multiple phone calls, emails and a certified letter sent to school, I have received no response or return correspondence. I have not received my tuition refund as stated in the document they gave me on the day I withdrew. Shortly after I withdrew, they also sent me a certified letter which was a copy of same document.I plan to file a lawsuit in small claims court if this means of settlement is unsuccessful.Desired SettlementI would like Plaza Beauty School to refund the remainder of my tuition that I over paid, and that they personally told me they would refund to me. I need this money to go back to college.
