I had purchased a 2017 dodge grand caravan with the promise of the dealer installing a rear view mirror backup camera. Promise was not fulfilled. On August 30, 2017 I had called Plaza and spoke with the general sales manager Patrick J [redacted] in reference to a 2017 Dodge grand caravan that I had seen online. There were no pictures and I had some questions about the interior of the vehicle. The online description indicated that the van had a backup camera. After receiving pictures via text I had seen there was no backup camera and Mr. J [redacted] said that he would install one at no charge since they advertised it as having one. So I decided that it was worth taking a look at. So on August 31 I went the the dealership and test drove the van. And I was very much interested in purchasing the van. So when I asked again about the backup camera, that I assumed was going to be in the radio, I was told a different story. Mr. J [redacted] said no that it would be in the rear view mirror. I purchased a Nissan Frontier from this dealershipthey gave me a day mipowertrain warranty with it.Within the warranty period the starter failed leaving me stranded at workI had to have the vehicle towed,at my expense and rent a car for work while having the starter replacedwhen I contacted the dealership to ask for which was percent of parts and labor the GM would not even speak with me routing his responses through the service manager.His response was NO we will not honor the warranty.I have all documents and receipts

Nice small dealer but beware Looking to buy used F- Price on line was $tad too high but thought they may deal Took it for a spin OK let's talk I was willing to deal and come up with about $4k and my tradeI already had several offers in writing KBB website and from few dealers, some outright buy not trade, so I knew what it was worthGood thing I did They tried to low ball my trade several grand Come up with value line web site where they could show several low prices from auction and what they were selling I knew in advance for several at dealers on line selling for much more then they showed and there's may have not been local sales didn't show that Long story short price suddenly changed to over 21K low ball my trade and now $9k before negotiationsBig long spill about how the goodies you get when you buy there none of which interest me Half price oil change for long as I owned vehicle but when asked price girl said didn't know but low RIGHT! Well if I charge $for oil change and half price is $still higher then available elsewhere I told them I had firm offer for $2k more then they offered for trade and they marked up another 4K from on line price I could have sold my to the dealer who made offer come buy at online price be out the door less then $5k
Just thought to warn others on line price means nothing to these peopleJust a way to sucker you in for the bait and switch Buyer beware with this dealership Even called next day try tell me what a great deal it was
For the record went to another dealer similar vehicle and price Yea they tried to up price too However after some negotiations went below online price gave me almost $4k more then Plaza for my trade Be careful out there
