I Asked to them to check the electricity meter with is a sub meter, many time my bills are kind of weird most of the times I only used the electric water heater when I need it one refrigerator and lights that are LED and televisions I spend about hours Monday to Thursday home and weekends maybe to each day my bills were between $- $ including rent water and trash, lately my bills when from $- $the lates one can't talk to manager mr [redacted] screamed at my wife once don't think I deserve such a bad treatment I am never late on may rent and I received a letter a month ago telling me that I need to clean my yard I cleaned but the grass grew up again and today manager passed [redacted] and send people to clean the yard they did not send a letter he just send the people to clean my yard
I've had occasional problems with the young office women at Plaza Del Sol Mobile Home ParkOne in particular- [redacted] - recently refused to go through all my written notes on past receipts, relative to a credit on my monthly lot rent that I feel I am owedShe pretended she had gone through my second set of thorough notes but she could not haveShe also pretended they were too hard to follow, when I went out of my way to note the sequence and the money errors, and it was easy to follow notesThe last time I was in when she was there, she affirmed she would through them and get back with me about my notes and conclusions but then, that very same day she sent an at-the-door letter to me (see attachment) but she just wanted to end the matter and could not have had time to look at those second notesThe letter really only refers to my first notesEven those notes weren't "scrutinized", rather, they were passively surfacedThe stamp " [redacted] " was put on there by female
