To Whom It May Concern,After reviewing this complaint, this patient did come in to the office to go over her treatment planThe patient did come into the office with her treatment stating she did have questions. It was explained, the reasoning for the charge and she had no complaint at that
time. She was even given a 10% discount off of the fee for the Military Discount. When she left, once again, she had no issues with the fee and stated it was a misunderstanding. I do not feel that an adjustment is justified as she came into the office and it was discussed at length. She left with full knowledge of the procedures that were performed and did not argue the charge at all. Thank you

*** first presented herself to our office in May of 2016. She came in knowing that she was interested in upper and lower partials. Our office took the necessary X-Rays and did the exam with our doctor. Patient returned a few days later for impression and we started the partial
process. With any type of dentures or partials, it is at least a appointment process for try in's. We do explain to ALL of our patients that are getting partials and/or dentures that it takes about months to get it right. Patients do need to come back to get adjustments until they fit perfectly and do not cause sore spots. Dentures and partials are NOTHING like our natural teeth and takes time to get used too. This is explained to every patient. Our office did remake the upper partial per the patients request since she was not happy with the original partial. This was done at no cost to the patient however our office incurred the lab fee. Once the upper partial was delivered, patient had a tooth come out which is not uncommon. Once again, we fix this at no cost to our patients. Our office has no record of this patient being unhappy with the partials that were made. We just receive a stop payment in the amount of $from ***. I have included the chart notes that were taken for ***. Our office supplied a service for this patient. She has the final product while our office incurred several lab fee's to fabricate her upper and lower partials. We have not received any compensation for our service.
