On 1/22/16, I ordered & paid for lensesThey took my personal frames and gave me a 2-wk delivery agreementStill Nothing and can't get a response
On January 22nd, approximately 8am, I received an eye exam from the eye Drat SGrand Avenue #Los Angeles XXXXXI also ordered transitional lenses from representative Maria, in the back officeShe took into her care my personal frames as I made a payment for the services
I was told my glasses would be finished and in my posession within to weeks It is now over a month (days later) and I have yet to receive my glasses nor a response Within the last weeks I have called and emailed several times only to get very vague information as to where my glasses are and when I will receive themI've emailed *** *** the referred supervisor and I was told she would look into itAnother week has gone by and no response to my last emailFor the most part, I am told that I get a return phone call with some answer
