Review: Purchased computer armoire for $1,125.00 on 7/**/14 which was delivered damaged and paid in full on September *, 2014. There was an 18 + inch split of wood on the inside of the left door. Since I had purchased furniture from this establishment over 16 years prior, I had good faith that there would be no problem. It has been 5 1/2 months and, after several phone calls, I continue to wait. As recent as February [redacted] (after threatening to file a complaint with the Revdex.com) I was called by Plaza to arrange an appointment for delivery of the doors to which I replied my availability was any time since I am a retiree. [redacted] (the person I have been recently communicating with and who also delivered the armoire) said he would be right back to me. It's been a week and I am still waiting. It seems they have been stalling for a few months. In December 2014 I was told by the [redacted], that the doors came in on December [redacted]. Separate and apart from the lack of communication and retribution, I must mention that the last couple of times I spoke to the [redacted], he seemed annoyed and passed the responsibility to his co-worker, [redacted]. He was not very accommodating or nice to me, especially since I have been very patient.Desired Settlement: Since I will be unavailable for the month of March, I would like to have my new doors installed immediately, if not sooner.
