Actually, I will withhold acceptance or no acceptance of the response: I do know checks have been issued to some subcontractors this past week, however, they are post-dated for November 30, and not an actual payment as of yetI do know that the contractor has not complied with the letter/order from the City of Oakdale Building Inspector and she has issued a final order that is to also be completed by November - 25, (I have had no word of any work scheduled for then)
