Plaza Manor Apartments

Manager never answers phone, doesn't return calls, maintance will not fix my electrical problems or get an electrician to address the problemAs of Jan.7th, 2015 the electricity in my entire living room is out due to internal electric problems. Management said it will put on list to be fixed when they get to it. I don't feel safe living in an apt, with electrical problems, with no set date for it to be fixed. I feel this is a fire hazard.Desired SettlementI just want my apt. repairs done in a timely matter, and for management and maintance to stop ignoring the fact that Plaza Manor Apts. are falling apart. They are old and run down and I feel like they don't fix them because mostly poor people live here. I feel they are getting an enormous amount of money from the Government for run down apts. They certainly are not putting money back into the property. Business Response An electrician responded the very next morning 1/8/15 after the repair was reported that evening. The electrician was also sent back per the resident request on 1/20/15. We have not heard from the resident since then with any concerns.
