I am rejecting this response because:It's not fully correct. they don't know the job quality my original Mechanic did. He picked up the car from Plaza and was informed what needed to be done in Plaza parking lot and showed me debris from the vehicle to provide evidence the job was completed. [redacted] Automotive is known for being very thorough as you can see by reviews. The whole scenario on the part of Plaza is hearsay and isn't able to be determined who's shop is at fault. Who's to say their Technician didn't leave, or not see all, debris in the crank area at the original time of service. they were uncertain of there was any belt debris in the oil pan or not. As their paperwork said, "possible more pieces I side oil pan which can cause new seal to leak again. They don't even know for certain if more debris was in the oil pan, it's just an assumption made by their Technician to attempt to cover their lack of throrough performance. which in my opinion is because I chose to have the rest of the work done by onext of their competitors. Which like I said is familiar with my vehicle because they have done work on my vehicle prior to my purchase of the vehicle. Again, this is just an attempt on behalf of Plaza Motor to avoid being responsible for their mistake and not warranty their work to avoid a lack of profit for their so many hours of intensive labor.

I am rejecting this response because:I understand the warranty now, however I believe the tires to be faulty.  At the low speed we were doing and the small size of the pot hole, there should not have been that much damage. I have been a loyal customer of Mercedes Benz for close to 20 years now, I think they should have reached out to the tire manufactur and explain the circumstances to possibly get at least a deduction.  I pay Mercedes a great deal of money and that partially is because 0f the quality of service Mercedes has always provided in the past. Also, when we signed the paperwork to purchase, it was late.  The salesman told us they had not had time to detail it yet and we could bring it back to get detailed and a full tank of gas. So after we paid for the product and service, we simply asked to get the car detailed and the tank of gas. as promised.  They provided neither!Thank you.[redacted] & [redacted]
