Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my
complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Plaza motors has responded to the Revdex.com with a dismissive responsePlaza motors has not resolved or attempted to resolve the items in the original complaint*** * *** ( the shop they sent me to ) stands ready willing and able to make the repairs necessary to the safety items they advertised to be installed and working.
Regards,*** ***

Attached are the screen shots taken of paid bills to *** tech We are confused by your response We feel that this issue has been resolved as *** *** has been paid to do the work

Regardless of Plaza Motors claims here are the facts: We did not go to Plaza Motors to buy a Volkswagen We were interested in an older Mercedes SL therefore we did not preview a CARFAX on the VW During discussions We request a CARFAX We were told by Robbie R*** that one would be provided None was provided When conformed R*** said he forgot and apologized We were sold a car without prior knowledge of an accident that should have been disclosed Now the standard rhetoric attempts to cloud these facts; simply put, Plaza Motors did not disclose important information whether by accident or design Desired resolution remains the same

I don't see how Plaza Motors went above and beyond on their warranty as I did not even have the car for even 24hrs before I had to take it back. I dropped the car off for a week and it spent about 5 days at their lot and the other few days at the auto shop but regardless of the fact that they didn't...

work on it, it was under their supervision. Plaza Motors did not offer anything during this time in regards to me being without a car either. From my knowledge, when someone has issues with their car and it needs to be at the dealer for a week a rental car is usually issued. I was basically out of luck as they obviously don't look out for their customers. As far as their concern on the car being driven hard by me, the car had to be driven hard by the 3rd party mechanic shop in order to properly adjust the computer so that needed to be done and it is not my fault. They questions I had to modify the car were just questions, those questions aren't the reason that the car is having issues or even relevant to the situation so the fact that I had questions on something irrelevant to the damage the car already has is invalid. My request is NOT to have a fully built motor installed. The $5000 that I am requesting is for the repairs I have already done and that amount includes the repair for a new STOCK motor. I could careless on the the HP of the car if it's not even running safely. If I wanted to buy a broken car to spend money on, I wouldn't have purchase a broken 24k car to still pay on.

To whom it may concern:I am writing in response to [redacted]'s complaint.  Every car we advertise on any website or eBay has a direct link to the Carfax report.  We pay Carfax for the link and can be viewed with a click of a button on the our website.  The buyer came from of the...

advertisements and we assumed every buyer did their due diligence  before they purchase.  The buyer never asked to see the Carfax otherwise the sales person would have provided it.  the salesman never said he forgot to show the Carfax.  The buyer asked how long is the factory warranty was, we provided with that.  The car shows no sign of any major repair and is in excellent condition with a clean title and factory warranty. Also the buyer paid less than market value at the time and got a discount from the asking price. Plaza Motors is still willing to take it back on trade for fair trade in value and offer any car at a discounted price.  the buyer has had the car for over 2 months and has been driving it since.  There is nothing wrong with the car.

Mr. [redacted] is asking Plaza Motors for a refund of $3000 on the purchase of a VW Beetle due to an accident report  on Carfax. I am not sure why he thinks the vehicleis worth $3000 less than the$16833.93 he originally  paid us. He bought it under market value. I have enclosed the original purchase
receipt when we bought it. This does not include shipping from CA and expenses we spent. I have also included the Kelly blue book breakdown for suggested retail. He paid under retail value. Also provided is the comparable which clearly shows the price of the car was below average.Again I am willing to take the car on trade and sell him one at a discounted price or refund him $1000 and put this behind us. Thank you.

Plaza Motors has done what the state
warranty law required within the time frame and more. The car passed all
emission requirement. The buyer complaints were addressed within reasonable
time. We do not have a mechanic shop and use a third party mechanic. We are no
required by law to give loaners. We do not rent cars either. We have forwarded
all the documentation and receipts to prove how we handled the situation. The
car does not come with an unlimited mile warranty. The buyer declined to
purchase a warranty at the time of sale. I am sorry if the buyer does not see
it the same way we do.

I am sorry but the buyer is trying to get us to pay for minor cosmetic scratches on a used black car. They had every opportunity to have the vehicle inspected as it sat at our dealership for over 2 weeks before we got paid. In our ads we ask and urge buyers to have the vehicle inspected before...

purchasing as they are used cars. What they are complaining about is truly ridiculous and trying to take advantage of us. We also asked them to bring the car back if they were not happy which they declined. Plaza Motors is not responsible for minor ships or scratches on used cars. I am sorry but there is nothing we are willing to do since the buyer is being unreasonable. I have attached pictures of the scratches and a ship on the glass that was not in the bill of lading. This could have happened during transport or since they had the car. Thank you.

This is what all of our adds say on every car. From Ebay listings or any other source. Again The buyer had plenty of time to inspect the vehicle. Also complaining about minor scratches to get money back. We offered to buy the car back and told the buyer we are not responsible for shipping. The buyer is not reasonable to deal with.About Plaza Motors Inc.Plaza Motors Inc. is the premier internet automotive dealership located at [redacted]

I don't want to argue with you a lot! Just want to fixed my car fixed not in my expanses! I never heard anything about an inspection before we bought it, nobody told me about it. I attached pictures with all the damages. We spent $36,500 plus taxes for this car and was expecting to have it in good condition. It doesn't have a minor cosmetic scratches, like you said. It is all over. I rejected to ship the vehicle back to you , because you said I need to pay for shipping by my self. We already spent $700 for it and dont want to spend double of this as a waisting from our packet. I need to fix it and your Diller store has to pay for it, since you haven't done it before you sold the car. Nothing happened during transportation, this car was with all this damages, when you were selling it!

Review: I purchased a vehicle 10/15/2015 it was a 2008 Subaru and it has been nothing but a nightmare! It has been the worst experience I've ever had. I love the car but it is starting to become too much. Day 1 of purchasing the vehicle as soon as I drove off the lot it got a check engine light. So of course I called them right away to let them know the issue I was having. I dropped of the car the following day, and the car was with the dealer for the first week that I purchased it. So I go to pick it up the next Friday a week later and the car has damage on the hood which looked like brake cleaner might have possibly fallen on it and basically thinned out the paint to the metal on the hood. So after a few trips to Plaza Motors we finally came to an agreement that they were going to repair it as it didn't have the paint damage when I dropped it off. Till this day I haven't had time to schedule an appointment to get the hood repainted because now the small check engine light problem turned into a HUGE PROBLEM. I am easily close $1500 in just repairs. I also had asked the dealer to show me paper work on the conditions of the motor and they had told me that the motor was good but I recently found out the motor has low compression from the auto shop that has been doing the repairs which is easily going to call for a rebuild in a VERY near future. A rebuild for the motor is about $3500.Desired Settlement: My desired outcome for this situation is that Plaza Motors pays for the rebuild as I've had the car for no more than 2 months or refund what I've paid and take the car back. As well as a reimbursement for all that I've had to pay just to get the car running. There is no reason why I should have to be paying for so many repairs on a car that I just purchased. I have proof of all repairs I've done.

Review: I purchased a 2008 BMW 550i from Plaza Motors on 7-5-2013 along with a 4yr 48,000 mile warranty from [redacted] Warranty. The service contract through [redacted] has a clearly stated and written 30 day cancelation policy if no claims have been PAID. The way the cancelation is set up is that the dealer that sold the warranty ( Plaza Motors ) has to send in a cancelation form to [redacted]. I called [redacted] -[redacted] on 7-25-2013 and asked him to cancel my warranty, he said he will check on it and call me back. On 7-27-2013 I spoke to [redacted] again and he said that [redacted] told him I cannot cancel ( at this point I had already spoken with [redacted] and they said I can cancel but they needed Plaza motors to initiate it ). I advised [redacted] that I have a written contract with a written cancelation policy that I was in compliance with. He advised me I read it wrong and assured me I could not cancel. I advised him I had spoken with [redacted] and they said I could cancel. [redacted] said that his rep at [redacted] told him no and they do alot of business with [redacted] and did not want to upset them and he would not cancel my contract. I was unable to speak with a manager as he said the only one higher than him was out of town. All I want it to cancel my warranty which I have a written contract saying I can. The dealership needs to do this though and they have refused.Desired Settlement: I want Plaza Motors to cancel my warranty contract as only they can. I have proof of my right to cancel.
