I am rejecting this response because: An email was sent to Lisa C*** at 3:PM (EST) November 7, withdrawing the application The original application was submitted at 4:PM (MST) We cancelled the application less than hours later The contract language as provided by Nelson Brothers indicates we had hours to withdraw the application without penalty. I do not recall seeing an administration fee of $while completing the application Although we have asked, Nelson Brothers has not provided a screen capture of this notification and the "listed fees" that they indicate "appear" during the application processWhy has this not been provided? We have paid the $application fee as we did understand this was nonrefundable

This email is in response to the complaint filed with the Denver Revdex.com. The 2 people in the complaint had filled out an application thru our online system to live at our property. The system is automatic online and the fees come when the application is completing. The lease had been...
sent out to them but they decided to live elsewhere. They had begun the process to live here and needed to pay the application fees and administration fees which are non-refundable. They chose not to continue with the process but did not pay the fees that they had agreed to pay thru the online system. We have been in contact with them via email to pay the fees that they agreed to thru the online system. We have not harassed them but have requested payment thru emails.
