I do not want to be rude, but I feel that this decision is more based on [redacted] ego rather than her judgement. And I especially feel her response is very misleading.

Kaplan stated, ". He has implied to our recruiters he wilt can be what we
need him to be, to qualify for a study. "  That is absoluteely absured and this is not true. This is heresay and I never stated such! I would never state something so foolish to a recruiter. I have ONLY called about studies for which I would more likely qualify for, and not studies that dont relate to me or my age group.

[redacted] also states, "His objective Is
very clear. He wants to be compensated for
participating in a study.  " Of course I want to qualify and be compensated for a study! That is the objective of Plaza Research! EVERY PARTICIPANT who calls Plaza Research is attempting to quialify and be compensated for a study! This is obvious.
Finally, [redacted] states, "This particular individual "harasses" our office on a regular basis Insisting he be Invited to
participate In ANY of our studies. His constant phone calls have become quite distracting to our staff. " The legal defintion of "harrassment"  the act of systematic and/or continued unwanted and ann...  #1 I did not threaten and demand anything! #2 Nobody at Plaza Research indicated to me at ANY time that my calls were unwanted. WHEN I CALLED, THE RECRUITERS ATTEMPTED TO QUESTION ME TO QUALIFY FOR A STUDY! SO HOW CAN MY CALLS BE DISTARCTING TO THE STAFF WHEN THEY IN FACT RAN THE QUESTIONAIIRE BY ME EVERYTIME I CALL.  NOBODY EVER INDICATED TO ME THAT I AM NOT ELGIBLE TO PARTICIPATE IN ANY FUTURE STUDIES. I CALLED FOR 2 YEARS AND IT WAS NOT UNTIL RECENTLY THAT I SPOKE WITH [redacted] THAT SHE INFORMED ME THAT I WOULD NEVER QUALIFY FOR A STUDY. PRIOR TO ME SPEAKING WITH [redacted], I CALLED THE OFFICE FROM TIME TO TIME BECAUSE I WAS EMAILED FUTURE STUDIES THAT APPEARS FOR WHICH I WOULD QUALIFY FOR.
I feel that [redacted] is attempting to portray me in a dishonest light when in fact I have been honest and integral. I wrote to the Revdex.com in lieu of [redacted] being unreasonable with no good cause of her actions. I feel I have been discriminated and lumped into a group of people who are actually dishonest. And when I called to speak with [redacted] from one adult to another to discuss the situation, she disregarded me by saying , "Im the director of Plaza Research San Diego and I can do whatever I want and I dont have time for you". That was just very disrectful.

recruit.
There are guidelines that we must adhere to when recruiting respondents. One of the most
important guidelines is that our clients do not want respondents who have recently
participated In other studies. It Is also our responsibility to recruit respondents who are
completely honest to ensure accurate market research. If a respondent is misleading us, or is
off character in anyway, we are not able to Invite them to participate. We have strict guidelines
and are accountable for the respondents we Invite to participate, so we use the highest
discretion during our screening process.
If we are unsuccessful in providing our clients with qualified respondents, the Integrity of the market
research project Is jeopardized, and we have failed at our job. When potential respondents are contacted
for screening, it Is understood that they will only be Invited to participate In a study lf they meet all the
criteria established by our clients.
This Individual has provided the Revdex.com with a completely Inaccurate account of this situation. He
has no business relationship with Plaza Research. This particular individual "harasses" our office

future studies. He has implied to our recruiters he wilt can be what we need him to be, to
qualify for a study.
Obviously, a dishonest, unethical respondent is counterproductive to the
market research being conducted In our office. His potential participation In any of our studies
could be catastrophic to our business. We rely on the honesty and Integrity of the respondents

Review: I have been a participant with Plaza Research for several years now and there has not been any issues. However, recently for the past several years I have attempted to get study and by that I have been responding to the email surveys that have been sent to me and calling recruiters on the telephone. I have spent MANY hours doing this. In addition, every time I call they say they will call me back but not once have they done so. I have also had problems where I am speaking to a recruiter and it gets disconnected and when I call back, they wont take my call. As a results of constant negligence I call and spoke with the director [redacted] regarding this. [redacted]nformed me that I was flagged from participating in studies and that is why I have been ignored for several years, and never qualifying for a study no matter how many hours I have attempted. I informed [redacted] that this was a HORRIBLE thing to do to me because I have wasted countless hours on the phone and computer. I have also been receiving their emails informing me about studies I would qualify for. So they have led me on for several years! I asked [redacted] why have I been flagged. her response was insufficient by saying I called often for attempting to get a study. I thought that was ridiculous and told her I called often because I thought I didn't qualify for other studies and would call about newer ones that were emailed to me by them. I then called and spoke with [redacted](exec assistant of Plaza research) who heard the situation and informed me that she called [redacted] to address this issue. [redacted] told me that [redacted] would not disclose the reason for me getting flagged. However [redacted] attempted to have me be a regular participant by speaking to [redacted] I then called [redacted] to find out the status update and I asked her if [redacted] spoke with her, and her invalid response was "[redacted] did speak with me, but I am the director for Plaza Research SD and I can do whatever I want, and I am too busy to discuss with you"Desired Settlement: Obviously [redacted] has no justification for her not allowing me to participate in the research studies because I have been honest, with integrity and I have been a good participant in the past.

I feel it is very immoral on their part because they knew that I was spending countless hours calling and filling out online surveys, yet knowing I would NEVER be qualified to participate.

My desired settlement is to be able to participate in the research studies just like everyone else with this type of discrimination, or pay me at least $200 for the time I have spent filling out surveys and calling with attempts to get a study.

Review: I signed up to do a market research study. I was selected to participate and was told if I complete the requirements that I would receive $175. I picked up the product which was 128 diapers. I was to log into the computer after each diaper change and fill out a survey. I did this. At the end of the survey which was about 3 weeks later I got a call that plaza research received no surveys online from me. I told them that can't be correct as I did it. They were going to call me back. I didn't get a call. Few days later I call them they said to email someone and they would help me. I emailed where they told me to. I never heard back. The following Monday I called them and was told they tried to reach out to me. Which was a lie because I have my phone and all phone records to prove they did no such thing. I told them I could bring my computer to them and they can see my history that I did indeed fill out all surveys. They said they can not help me. After I keep insisting that I sure did do it and I wanted the money I was promised. They gave me a phone number to call and said they should help. I have called. No one returns my call. I held up my end and have proof. I can show all phone records and computer history log ins to show that I did all 128 surveys that was required of me. I want to be paid my $175 that I was promised.Desired Settlement: The $175 that was agreed to me if I filled out all surveys and used all diapers.

Response:

Below is the email I have already sent to the individual and I'm currently waiting for her response to an address she would like her check mailed to. Had she followed the instructions she was given there would have been no issue. My client and I have spent a great deal of unnecessary time researching the matter to figure out what happened. I also have several conversations documented of our reaching out to her early on throughout the study - - not at the end as she indicated. After much research the company that managed and designed the online forum was able to find your information by having to search your [redacted]. You never entered your panelists number/bag number on any of your entries. There was no way to connect them to you. The three digit number that should have been entered every time you logged in was highlighted on all the paperwork instructions you received when you pick up the product, on the bag itself with the diapers, and what we sent via email to you. Hundreds of people partook in the study and without following instructions it made it appear as if you did not do any of the entries. You entered codes 1, 2, 3, & 4 which the client could not link to your panelists code or name. We did reach out to you as well as many others throughout the study and issues others had were all rectified early on. Please reply back with your address and we'll cut you a check as soon as possible.
