First off I'm very embarrassed about this situation that took place at the Plaza Tire Paducah KY on 9/21/ I had a quote that I printed out and took in Friday to get new tires I wanted Michelin tires put on my car the guy said no you don't you want the Nokian ones they are much cheaper I said no I want the bestHe just kept hassling me about it so I caved I'm not happy with those cheap tires at all I had a quote for for Michelin tires and for Nokian When he quoted me it was I said no I have a quote for the Nokian also and its He said that doesn't include all the extras I didn't want all the extras including all warranties and protection plan He said on yes you do and I said no again He refused to listen to me So, I left went shopping next door thinking an hour my car would be done My car was dropped off 1230pm got done 300pm I lost half day pay of work cause my car took so long I'm very upset about The web site show one hour

Took my vehicle into Plaza Tire for an oil change and they told me I need to have the coolant system flushedService was not performed properly and caused major issues and needs motor replaced(BROKE DOWN IN THE MIDDLE OF NOWHERE TRAVELING BY MYSELF) I spent most of my vacation that week arguing with Plaza Tire and trying to figure out how to get my vehicle back to Paducah Plaza Tire finally got my vehicle back in Paducah at their facility on Tuesday 8/02/17, days later
Today’s date is 8/21/17, over weeks later and I am still without my vehicle and still in a rental carPlaza Tire thought it was a thermostat sticking, NOTThe vehicle was sent to a mechanic at *** ***, which gave Plaza Tire the SAME DIAGNOSIS the mechanic at *** *** gave, BLOWN HEAD GASKETS and the motor needed to be replaced At this time the claim has been turned over to *** *** for Plaza Tire
I have talked to numerous people from *** *** including their adjuster AN
