week. I sent the client an email on Friday, Aug 15 and again on Monday, Aug. 18 with no reply from the client.

Review: On 4/9/14 my husband and I booked a trip to Disney World with Plaza Travel. At that time we were in the office and were provided with our itinerary along with the price for the airfair with Southwest Airlines. We were given a receipt of our payment showing we were on flight #[redacted] leaving Pittsburgh at 6:50am and arriving in Orlando at 9:10am as a non-stop flight. On 7/18/14, we were provided with a second receipt of our trip schedule, again showing the same flight, non-stop. On 8/12/14, we picked up our final documents that again have this same flight listed. It was explained to me that with Southwest you have to go online 24 hours before your flight to obtain your boarding position. I logged in just to see how this is done and find out that we are not on this flight but instead were booked on flight #1676 that leaves Pittsburgh at 6:05am and arrives in Orlando at 10:10am after a stop in Atlanta. I called Southwest and was advised this was the flight that was booked on 4/9/14 by our travel agent. From all the documents we were supplied, this is not the flight we agreed to nor paid for. Plaza Travel is advising it is our mistake and this flight with the layover is the one we chose. We have no option other than to pay an additional $300/person (5 people) in order to now have this flight that is non-stop.Desired Settlement: I would like Plaza Travel to schedule us for the non-stop flight that is on our receipt without any additional cost to us.
