Claim/Complaint # [redacted]To Whom it may concernRe - [redacted]Mrs. [redacted] We did in fact level the home for Mrs. [redacted] after receiving a call from her, and we did quote the price of $600.00.We have several crews that are well informed and understand the job at hand and are professional...

in all they do. The said home at [redacted] was a home that did indeed need leveling. The leveling was required as they had high spots in the home, the home was originally built by [redacted] in 2002, the subfloor installed in the home is a deck board from California. The decking was called [redacted], the decking is about 5/8 thick and no underlay was used at this time.We have found that many of the homes in that era had problem with the decking shrinking, the factory would warranty the product under the structural warranty for 10 year warranty had past. The leveling of the home did not cause the rift in the flooring and lino. As the picture shows this did not happen overnight. We have seen this in other homes and the only way to fix this is by leveling the home and to do a full 1/4 overlay with new lino. Please see the pictures taken on Nov 9/2016 of the floor and the Modular specification name plate.I find it rather unfitting to go after our company. I have visited her and have been on the phone numerous times and explain to Mrs. [redacted] what the issue is. We went as far as trying to get the claim made under 10 yr. structural warranty. The personal allegation made about me refusing to do anything is not true. But if she feels that way I'm sorry. I in fact did go out there and sat at her kitchen table and told her what she needed todo.Thanks.Simon [redacted]Chief Business Officer/PartnerPleasant Homes Ltd[redacted]

Revdex.comID [redacted]Dear Sirs or Madam,     Thank you for your response and trying to assist me with the problem.     I was no expecting the flooring to be under warranty nor did I request this.     Yes after trying to contact Simon [redacted] by phone, he would not answer my calls or reply to my messages.     I called, finally he came to look a the problem, he could see the damage done from raising the beam in the Kitchen. The beam was to high after his employee supposedly levaled the trailer. I have witness of the damage to the floor and cracked lino. I had to call in someone else to fix the job. He did send some to remove to wedge and lowers the beam in the Kitchen.      I called leaving messges to have Simon come and look at the damage, finally when he did drop in. we talked about repairs, he said he had lino in the office that might be suitable and he could have his men fix it. He talked of putting in a subfloors and would get back to me in the spring. He never did call back. I finally called him a couple of times leaving messages which he did not reply.     I finally caught him early one morning, he was very angry and said he had no intention to fix the mess. That it wasn't under warranty I wanted him to fix the damage his man did.     Because of this I had to get someone else to leval the trailer properly, at a cost of course.    The leveling was not as he descriped it was done properly and then could have the lino replaced. I would not had to replace the lino if his man had not damage the floor.     The floor looks great costing approx 3500.00 flooring included and relevaling and lino installed.     The people I bought from had just changed the Kitchen lino and it was new.     The floor went back together after the re levaling was done, had nothing to do with underlay or sub floors.    Simon does not know much about lavaling a trailer.    It seems that I was taking advantage of by a business with questionable ethics.Thank you for your concern.Remaining [redacted]Sept 20
