Review: I contracted with this company to change my wood front porch to a concretefront porch. The porch is less than regulation which is 5 inches, it is only 3 inch thickness. Also the porch is slanted on a downward angle.The finish is broomstick which was never agreed on in the original contract. I asked that all of the issues be corrected. The company owner [redacted] agreed to correct eveything when we spoke on yesterday. He infomed me that he would call me before I left for work on today which was 7:20 am also he would that the cement added today. That has not occured, he has not responed to my phone calls, nor e-mail regarding this matter. He has received 2/3 of the payment for the services. We have several contractors working in our area, they have all commented on the poor job that has been done thus far, these comments were unsoclited.Desired Settlement: Since this company has shown poor business management and failure to solve issues that they have caused I would like my money refunded so that I can hire another contractor, but anyone who will blantantly lie, is not worthy of my business. Personally I think you need to shut this company done.
