*** *** placed an order herself through my online ordering website for delivery.The order came in..unfortunately the address was out of our delivery area.My manager voided the transaction and called her to let her know.Next day she called the store and demanded her money back because she saw a
pending transaction on her statement.Her bank puts funds on pending until they realize the transaction was not complete.This is how the banking system works.Then she threatened my manager and said she will go and post negative reviews about my business which she did.Very unproffesional and ignorant
