***.Here a re the facts: on February 20, 2016, my client went to Ms***'s home to install a water filtration system at the behest of HConceptPrior to the installation however, HConcept, my client's employer instructed MrS*** to go to Ms***'s home to determine the scope of the installationDuring the inspection, it was determined that the only way the installation could be completed and done right was by moving the washing machineThis was with Ms***'s consent of course.In this case, Hconcepts pays for the water system installation only Any additional work had to be paid for by the customer, in this case, Ms***This was the agreement reached by Ms*** and my client Ms*** requested that my client add laundry sink in the corner of the room This addition of course required more plumbing work to with installation of 12ft copper lines from water heater to sink, and extending existing drain line by 3ft to accommodate the drain with the new strainerInstallation of new supply lines, new extended washing machine hoses and new valves and drain line to washer box Additionally, my client also added pressure reducingvalve For all of this, my client charged Ms*** $450, which was a low and reasonable price considering the amount of work that my client had to put it.After several back and forth with Ms***, with my client trying to resolve whatever issue she had with her washer, Ms*** told my client "she didn't feel comfortable with my client going to fix or sending some."My client received a notification from the Revdex.comI advised MrS*** to respond as a sign of respect to the Revdex.comMrS*** also wanted you to hear his side of the storyApart from being MrS***'s attorney, I have known him for years Not only is he honest, he is also a very reasonable plumberTill today, we continue to rely on MrS***'s services if the need arises To support my client's position, please find attached to this letter testimonial from other clients.While my client is not admitting any liability or fault, we are willing to entertain a reasonable proposal to settle this unwarranted claim from Ms***Please direct any and or inquiry and or proposal to my attentionMy phone number is *** and my email address is ***.Please feel free to contact me should you have any questions.We look forward to resolving this amicable.Very truly yours,ADELAYO LAW FIRM, PLLC

for the staff members who worked on behalf of my case.I received your letter dated 9-9- notifying me that AZ Revdex.com is closing
my case after receiving no response from me to Pleasant Plumbing Inc.'s letter dated 8-23-I received their response letter after Labor Day after being out of state for over one week, a proof I can provide if requested.It took several months for Pleasant Plumbing to respond to my letter to the Bureau of 6-17-and the Bureau kept my case openThank youHowever, my case was immediately closed when the Bureau did not receive my response for less than two weeksUpon receipt of the letter, I immediately called, left messages and finally spoke with Ms*** ***I am requesting the Bureau to please re-open my caseMy response is below.I do not have any new issues to present other than what have already presented in my 6-17-letter except for one thing On Saturday, 7-16-16, in the middle of my washing machine's cycle, the pipe burst, water came out of the hose and flooded the room Before the burst, the machine was spinning loudly and erraticallySince then the machine remains idle and useless.As a response to Bami A*** of Adelayo Law Firm, LLC's letter who is representing MrTom S***, welcome Adelayo's proposed reasonable settlementI reference second to the last paragraph of their 8-23- letter, page 2.I would like this settlement to begin as soon as possible as have been without a washing machine technically since May I would like to use the settlement money to hire a reputable plumber.Very truly yours,*** ***

To Whom it may concerns: We just got your letter dated Oct 11, After numerous letters and explanations is evident that ** *** *** let her appliance over worked until technically let the pipe burst for neglect.We didn’t get contact for her service the first time was through H2o concepts and we are getting blame of everything ,all the work done for a little amount of money to get Ha sale.We are reconsider the position to demonstrate that we are honest and honorable (even we already sent costumers letters and got a Lawyer involved).We are sending $check so she can call for service , the total of her bill she paid was $to cover just for our material usedSincerely, Maricarmen S*** Pleasant Plumbing, Inc
