Review: I was given a gift certificate for my birthday the end of last August to [redacted] (I do not have a car and it was located one block away). The hurricane hit in October before I was able to use the GC. The salon reopened in Passaic Park a few months later - and when I called I spoke with the owner about getting a refund - she said that she would honor it, but to call back in March as she did not want to refund all of the GC's at once (she was limiting who she would refund to but as I do not have a car, said she would refund). I called back in March and since then I have not gotten ANY returned calls - and every employee has been rude and unhelpful. I have called repeatedly to no avail - and its an expensive gift card.Desired Settlement: Would like a full refund (either in cash to myself or via CC to my mother in law who purchased the card for me).

Review: I purchased a package for waxing from this business and they have since shut down without providing my money back or communicating how to get my money back. Amount in dispute is $80.Desired Settlement: I want $80 back
