Patient came in as an emergencyThe emergency was for a loose lower fixed retainer that had partially de-bonded from three of her lower teethThe retainer was still attached to five of her teeth and we re- bonded the retainer without removing it to three teeth #25,26,in the same position that
she came in withNo movement was detected when the procedure was done and the teeth were stable when she left the officeWe charged her the minimum fee for the procedure $and patient left the office with no complaintsWe understand she is no longer in the area but we would need to see proof that a problem exists to refund her feeWe feel we provided a good service in a timely fashion for this patients emergencyWe would be interested in a response from her current dentist regarding her situation
