Had car towed on 2/5/Original quote 700, fixed in 2daysWent to pick up not ready but paid Finially Ready 3/9/additional $300!!! This company had worked on our car previously and quoted us $to fix the problemThe Car was towed by flatbed 2/5/to merchantOnce there [redacted] informs us that the charge will now be $and will be done by TuesdayI arrive Tuesday to pick up our vechile and it was not ready [redacted] says one to two more days so while I was there I paid the billWhen it still was not completed by the end of the second week, we questioned how much longer and she became argumentative suggesting we take the car out! Already having had it towed there she knew this was not a viable optionDays go by and no return calls, no eta as to when the car will be ready just attitude from [redacted] when we inquireOn 3/8/my husband received a call that the car was finially completedWhen he arrived to pick up the car on the morning 3/9/ [redacted] infor

I dropped off a motorcycle tire for replacement,was told it would only be a few hours,and they would call when readyread more
no phone call received,I stopped by later that day and found they had destroyed a perfectly good tube for the tire.again no phone csll letting me know about the issue.the office told me they were sending someone to get a new tube and it would be ready later that dayI went back the next morning and found the tire was still not replaced,I inquired why,and was told "i don't have time to go running around for you parts"
after a few heated words I was told basically to take my s%#$ and goso ,to my displeasure I was forced to take my business elsewhare
