Pleasant Valley Metal Roofing & Siding Reviews (3)

RevDex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.First, if Mr. B [redacted] likes to please his customers then he would have corrected the spelling of my name after I told him it was incorrect. My name is spelled [redacted] .Second, neither my wife or myself recall any conversation about cuts inside the garage and refusing to have then done because of debris getting into the cracks. If I would have refused then why did I have the cuts in my driveway concrete and why did Mr. B [redacted] not bring up that conversation when he came back to review the cracks. Instead he mentioned he should have "bit the bullet" and cut the concrete so it would have been properly completed.Thirdly, arrangements were not made for the week of Thanksgiving. Yes, I did state Thanksgiving week was not a good time because of family coming in but no arrangements were made. The arrangements were made for the Monday or Tuesday after Thanksgiving and Mr. B [redacted] was to call me on Saturday (11/26) or Sunday (11/27) to say which day Monday (11/28) or Tuesday (11/29) would be best depending on the weather. There was no call returned or voicemail message letting me know anything about the weather and he would not be coming. If there was a voicemail I would have saved the message and returned his call to make other arrangements. Even if the weather did not suit applying the sealer, why did he not want to come and make the cuts in the floor and reimburse me for the sealer then apply the sealer at a more weather friendly time.I do wish to resolve this situation but I do not appreciate or accept the false statements made by Pleasant Valley Metal Roofing and Siding. Regards, [redacted]

Technically there was not a warranty on the concrete but the contractor viewed the cracks and discoloration and agreed he should have cut the concrete down the center length and a couple of cuts along the width. This would have guided cracks into the cuts and would not have been visible.
He did put cuts into the driveway concrete and all looks fine to date
