Pleasantville Gas

Review: I went to Pleasantville gas and asked the attendent for 25.00 regular gas. The attendent repeated my request and proceded to put the gas in my vehicle. He left my vehicle and started talking to someone and the pump started going past 25.00 I beeped the horn and he ([redacted]) came over to stop the pump. It stopped at 37.06, he then took it upon himself to charge this complete amount to my debit card. I explained to him I understand it was a mistake but I could not afford to pay for his mistake. He told me it was ok because the gas is cheap. He then stated he knew I said 25 but the pump was broke. I told him if he knew the pump was broke he should not have left it and I wanted my 12 dollars back because I did not authorize him to charge my card over 25 dollars. He told me I had to go inside and speak to the lady inside. I spoke to her and told her what had occured and she asked what pump I was on I showed her and she said there was nothing wrong with the pump. She called the manager who said he did not want to get involved we had to resolve it. My only resolution was the return of my 12 dollars. The attendent admitted to his mistake and refused to refund my difference. I called him a thief because he charged my card for that amount and he said if he is a thief to call the police. He called the police who came and said this was not a police matter. I then asked for the lady inside to call the manager again and she said he yelled at her so tell the attendent ot call. He refused and said he will all in one hour when he get off work.Desired Settlement: refund me my entire 12.00, this was unfair to me being that this came directly from my bank account. I am out on disability so every dime counts. I budget my money down to the last penny and although it may not seem like much, this 12 dollars was needed!
