Ordered the player from [redacted] 11 months ago and still have not received it. He constantly promises "It's on its way"He charged our credit card for $549.00 on 1/14/15 and we still have not received the product./////Desired SettlementWe would simply like our money back./////

NO DELIVERY OF PRODUCT AND SERVICESWE WERE FIRST CONTACTED BY MR. [redacted] BACK IN MARCH. AFTER SEVERAL CALLS WE DECIDED THAT THE SERVICE HE WAS SELLING WOULD HELP THE BUSINESS AND WE COMMITTED TO PURCHASE ON APRIL 15 2014. AT THAT TIME HE PROMISED WE WOULD HAVE OUR PRODUCT AND SERVICE WITHIN 4 WEEKS. WE ARE NOW ALMOST REACHING THE 4 MONTH SINCE WE WE SIGNED UP AND STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANYTHING. WE CALLED AND HE GIVES US THE RUN-A-ROUNDS. HE EVEN TOLD US THAT THE GUY THAT DOES THE RECORDING WAS ON A MISSION IN [redacted] THAT WHEN THE FLAGS STARTED TO POP. AFTER CALLING HIM AGAIN HE STATES THAT WE SHOULD HAVE RECEIVED OUR RECORDER. The only thing he emailed us was a MP3 file that we cant use. Therefore we are not happy. On August 4th he promised to mail out the recorder and now its 8/14/2014 and nothing. Just a MP3 file that doesn't do us no good.So our on hold recording can only be heard through a computer not the phones when we put customer on hold. And we don't not get calls through our computer.

Ordered product was never received by us. The owner promised full refund 6 months ago, but says due to slow business, he can't issue our refund.We ordered a "Please Hold" product on 3/26/2012 for the amount of $549. The payment was done immediately over the phone via an electronic cheque. The product was initially delivered to the wrong address. On 8/7/2013 the product finally arrived via [redacted] however, as the 4+ month delay for the product was unacceptable, I refused the [redacted] shipment. After a discussion with the owner of "Please Hold", [redacted],he admitted the delay was unacceptable and I had the right to refuse the shipment. Furthermore, [redacted] agreed to issue a full refund of $549. Ever since August 2013, I have been contacting him for my refunds, and he continuously keeps telling me that the business isn't doing too well, so he can't send a cheque out at this point, however, he will do it whenever he gets a chance. I had him contacted today, 12/10/13 to issue a full refund within the next 48 hours in order for us not to pursue other avenues for collecting the refund. [redacted] responded "Do what you have to do"Desired SettlementWe are asking for a full refund of $549 immediately. If no action is taking, a formal complaint will be filed with the FTC for fraud.

On October 7, 2013 we contracted with Mr. [redacted] of Please Hold to supply our company, [redacted] of [redacted] with 10 various recorded phone messages and a digital player capable of connecting to our phone system. We faxed Mr [redacted] our check# XXXXX on 10/7 in the amount of $649.00 and it was cleared into their account on 10/9/2013. We have yet to receive any recordings or digital players as of this writing 7/15/2014. We have contacted Mr. [redacted] on many occasions receiving bogus information as to when the recordings and player would be shipped. Despite many broken promises we attempted to give Mr [redacted] every opportunity to make good on his promises. Over one month ago I requested that he refund my payment of $649.00 which he said he would do. Have not received payment as of this writing. Spoke with Mr [redacted] again last Friday requesting my refund, was told he would contact me on Monday 7/14 with the check information. Contacted him today and was informed he has now shipped the player. Per our last two months worth of conversation and my e-mail of July 11, 2014 Mr [redacted] is well aware that we do not want his product, we want our money returned. His contract clearly states "Money Back Guarantee" which we have requested. It has now been 10 months plus we want our money returned. This outfit is clearly a shyster operation and needs to be highkighted as suchProduct_Or_Service: Phone answering recording & playerDesired SettlementForward a check in the orginal amount of $649.00. We purchased and paid for a custom produced (on hold message with a pro digital player) on may 2014 and still have not received it as of 09/15/2014I have been dealing with [redacted] of Corporate Image Group, Cary, N.C.. I sent him a check in the amount of $599.00 on 5/07/2014. This was for a Custom Produced MP3 file or CD, with 10 on hold messages, including a Pro Digital Player. As of now 09/15/2014 I have not received anything. I have called and e-mailed [redacted] numerous times only to hear that the product will ship next week. Well next week never comes. I have since asked for my money back, and again he gave me empty promises that he would send the money 'Next week". Nothing ever comes. Desired SettlementI am asking for a full refund, Mr [redacted] has not been honest in his dealings with me. and I do not trust he products or services.

In 2005 we paid $500 to the corperate image groupfor a message on hold system, and never received the product. In march 2014 he called to sell [redacted]In [redacted] called and offered us message on hold system for $500. we payed Mr [redacted] By [redacted] over the phone $500. after many request for the product or money back over a period more than 10 months. I finaly gave up. About march 2014 he called again, trying to sale the system to me again. I reminded him of the sale in 2005, he said he rememberd and promiced to deliver the product right away. and again over the past few months He has givin one excuse after another. In my opinion Mr [redacted] is a con artist, and any and all businesses should beware and stay as far away as possible from this Mr [redacted] and please hold, and the corperate image group.Desired SettlementMoney back or product it it works?

Jan 14th, 2013 we signed an agreement with Please Hold to recieve (1) on-hold program, delivered for $750. Now, 2 years later still no program. Jan 14th ordered (1) custom on-hold program with 10 messages, (1) digital player/adapter([redacted]), (1)[redacted] Cordless Phone, base with 2 handsets, (1) extra handset [redacted] for $750 delivered. After 6 months we had to continue to call and ask about delivery and kept getting the run around. Finally, we asked for a refund and was finally sent the Base and 2 handsets. We asked about the adapter/digital player and were told they were due any day. Still to this day we have continued to contact the company about a refund since no product was delivered and our contract was 100% refund if we are not satisified with product. Please help if possibleDesired SettlementWould like a refund for the time lost without the unit, and the price we paid for services and items not recieved. We accept that we recieved the Base Unit ([redacted]) and are will to reduce the refund for the value of $150 for this phone system. Requesting a $600 refund to settle this issue or a Recieving all units and items with us being 100% satisfied with product and a $150 refund for unsatisfactory time delivery of services that were prepaid.
