Aqua Features Castillo did a fantastic job on my pond/waterfall repair What was already there was leaking and looked bad aesthetically so I emailed Enrique to come out and give me an estimate The first reason they are great is they communicated before coming out unlike a lot of other companies Second, they explained step by step what was needed and gave me options Lastly, I had a budget I need to keep and they worked with me on that too You cant ask for anything better than Aqua Features Castillo!!! Don't hesitate to call them if you want affordable, high quality work done
I paId $2680.00 to this company on 3-22-16 to fix my water pond that was leaking and it was guaranteed for a year. They came out several times and seemed to be responsible. I asked them to start cleaning it every month - and had to call and remind them. The 2nd visit I was told my pump was out and I needed a new one. I asked for a quote. No call back. I called again for the quote - no call back. I had another person come and look and he said it was strictly a wiring problem and fixed it for very little money. I called the company and I asked for them to come clean the pond and have made 5 phone calls and an email. NO RESPONSE AT ALL. And my pond started leaking again. SO THEY DID NOT LEAVE UP TO THE CONTRACT AND I WOULD NEVER USE OR RECOMMEND THEM AGAIN.
