The refund has been passed over to our finance team to process, as our payment gateway cannot process refunds automatically on orders over one year old, as this one is. The finance team process these refunds in batches and an email notification will be sent as soon as it is processedMy colleague advised of this process and estimated time for the refund processing here - *** We are not ignoring the customer, in fact we were the last message in the threadI do hope this resolves the matter
