I am rejecting this response because:
Although I accept that they are dismissing the $125 for the sealcoat, the damage (cracks and gouges/scrapes) is still there so they haven't fixed anything they did to my driveway. I received a VM from Erik and responded with an email because I can't talk with him. It's been a waste of my time the previous 3 times - he takes no responsibility for the damage they caused and his attitude toward me isn't good. As I expressed to him, I realize I probably have to accept this as their "resolution" because I doubt they are willing to do more. I've wasted way too much time and energy on this matter and just don't have anymore to waste. So, case is closed, I guess, but I'm very disappointed and dissatisfied.
