I am rejecting this response because they have delivered it after I went to there office
here in Houston area which took me minutes to travel from my houseI went there to settle it but the head of that branch told me to ask the agent to pay for youAnd I was so upset because it was not our problem, not the customer's problemIt is their business problemI showed the receipt (the pink one on the attached picture here) to the head of that branch but he asked me if there was an amount there being paid by meOf course it won't show there in the receipt because there is no portion there where the amount is being paidIt is written in their receipt, SHIPPER'S EXPORT DECLARATION AND RECEIPTSo what does that mean to you? It will not be shipped to the Philippines if I didn't pay for thatBut the guy still told me to ask their agent to pay for that to be releasedI even saw a customer in their office paying for the shipment and has the same receipt that I gotAnd told them so what does this paper to you, isn't this a receipt? He said yes and nothing after thatI am tired of their alibis so I asked the branch head if I can pay for that to be releasedHe said YESSo after that he accepted the money that I paidImagine I paid twice for shipment that costs me a toal of $plus the gas and the time spent being there to fix itAfter I paid, the guy didn't bother to give me a receipt so I told him where the receipt for this 2nd payment? I needed a proof that paid AGAINSo that guy did not give an official receiptHe just gave me this green paper (attached to this) and he wrote that received the amount of $And I asked them if this is the receipt? Is this legal here in the US giving a customer which such piece of paper with no receipt number and everything needed from a business? My goodnessSuch a shame company to the people who wanted to bring happiness to their families abroad.
