My name is Gary C*** and I am the Vice President of Circulation for the Journal Inquirer. The Revdex.com complaint, ID # *** *** * *** * *** *** *** ** ***) was forwarded to me by our Managing Editor. The Journal Inquirer’s area manager, Kevin D***, personally went to the *** residence on 11-21-17. Kevin spoke with Mrs*** and the problem of delivery has been resolved. Additionally, the concern regarding credit was resolved, and as a courtesy I extended an additional two weeks of credit on their account. As a follow up, I called the *** residence today (11-24-17) to confirm that everything was resolved. I spoke with Mrs*** and she did confirm that our area manager visited with her and that the concerns have been corrected. She did state that she had been receiving two newspapers for the past couple of days. I explained to her that we delivered the extra newspaper as a precaution to avoid any disruption in service, as we wanted to make certain that the carrier of record was delivering the newspaper. I will be on vacation as of 11-25-17.
