I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID...

[redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
Plexicomm LLC is in fact held responsible for the loss of business at [redacted] Both [redacted] and [redacted] admitted that the company was at fault and they switched my phone number with one that Plexicomm uses for setup with installation of their new equipment. The admitted that somehow that number was saved to my phone and my location, causing my phone to not accept any incoming phone calls for 3+ business days due to having incorrect phone number. Plexicomm owes [redacted] for the amount $2980.80 on invoice #[redacted] dated 7/14/16 Regards,  [redacted]
