Dear ***,I am sorry for the confusion experienced during your move-out, I can understand being told that everything in your apartment is in perfect condition and then receiving a final account statement showing damages throughout the apartment is very
frustrating. Again, we apologize for not communicating sooner with you, however, when the Property Manager went into the apartment for a more thorough assessment there was urine found throughout the first and second floor carpet areas and several tears in the kitchen vinyl. It is my understanding you have received copies of these pictures. The entire carpet on the first and second floor and kitchen vinyl had to be replaced and you were charged a pro-rated amount of an additional two years versus the entire cost of newWe realize and share the burden of cost when replacing carpet and vinyl and evaluate this process with high consideration, strong effort to repair versus replace is always practiced. It is extremely important to us to provide excellent customer service and communication and it seems that we feel short of hitting your expectationsI would like to offer to split the damages with you because of the confusion and lack of communicationPlease call me at *** ext ***.
