I am rejecting this response because:Regardless of how you feel about me or our customer/client relationship I have email evidence that you promised me a $check refund by February 20th that you have not complied withWhen we spoke multiple times over phone and email you promised a $refundThis is enough to take you to small claims courtPlease follow through with your commitmentIf you had no intention of doing so you should never have made the commitmentWe agreed upon this solution mutually and now you are going back on itI am not asking for anything out thereJust for you to follow through on your word

faith, I honestly just wanted to end working with her as what I provided her with should have exceeded her expectations. Instead, it caused more burden than I was willing to take on. I offered to refund half of her payment as good faith. Her files work and she should be capable of conpleting this project with someone more fitting to work with her personality. In short, a client I would not recommend. Now I am stuck with an asking price of $500 in returnable funds to someone who has superior artwork that we created for her, above contract scope and a negative review against my business. It's my feeling that she should be satisfied that I provided her with a website she can complete with another company if there is one that will take her on as a client. I did not have to do that, based on industry standards and executed contract.
