Our policy states that patients are allowed to check out their hard copy x-rays...

for 7 days.   If they are not returned, the patient will be charged $50.   He was asked to give a $50 refundable check that would’ve have been given back upon return of x-rays.   He agreed to come back with the check, but never did.   We do not sell x-rays to the patients and were not charging him like he said.   The x-rays are property of Ploucha Chiropractic Center, P.C.   They were not paid for by the patient, nor the insurance company.   They were taken at no charge.    He was also offered an x-ray report that he refused.    Sincerely, Ronald ** P[redacted], D.C.[redacted]
