owner of the company at length on February 15th, Yeh (the owner) promised to mail a check for the full refund the next week, which would satisfy my complaint.  However, as of yet I have not received the check and Yeh has not responded to my follow-up email.  I would request that complaint # [redacted] is kept open until I receive a check.
