I purchased a plow and salt spreader from them. After months of waiting I finally picked up my plow only to notice some bolts werent tightened. I call chris at plow worked who proceeded to tell me to tighten them myself. No we just got our second snowfall of the season and when I back drag my plow blades go forward telling me there is a problem. I call chris who says there is air in the lines but he wont fix it because I am disrespectful for wanting this to work correctly. I spent close to $9000 to be treated like crap.
Customer did buy a new Snow plow and Used salt spreader from us. He may be having issues with the plow, but when he calls here he is belligerent with me, somewhat abusive on the phone. I refuse to work with customers who treat me or my employees like this. I have told the customer of other places he can take his plow to get the warranty work done. He seems to think because I don't want him coming here that he should get his money back, but that's not how it works. He should really work on how he treats people and how he talks to them if he's looking to get people to work well with him. We run a very good busy and very customer oriented. He's not out anything, he can go to other dealers to get his service work done.
I am rejecting this response because:I was not belligerent but did voice my concerns that this was not the first issue ive had with the way things are installed. I have pics now of the things wrong after I found someone else to look at my plow. Plow world refused to honor the warranty as I purchased it from them. I just want what I paid a lot of money for and that is a new fully operational plow. Chris told me to deal with it broken. He also informed me he doesnt have to honor anything after he sold me the plow. That it is up to him to work on it or actually have it the way it shouldve been. He had more then enough time to ensure that it was fully functional before calling me to pick it up. Then is rude about fixing what shouldve been right in the beginning. I live by treat others as you want to be treated and businesses cant treat customers like crap and expect them to be ok with it. They cant say well I have your money so now I dont have to deal with you. This is bad business. Upon inspection from another company there are a few installation mistakes. All I ask is for chris/plow world to make it right and pay for the service now that I will have to pay to have them corrected.
