PLS is committed to outstanding customer service and takes complaints about employee conduct very seriously As acknowledged by Ms [redacted] she has spoken to the District Manager about the alleged incident at issue The District Manager as well as the company as a whole will continue to investigate and take disciplinary action if needed Furthermore, the District Manager has arranged for Ms [redacted] to make payments at a nearby location should she prefer

I am rejecting this response because: I have been in contact with PLSNo one told me I needed to sign and notarize a statement for them to release my information to the Revdex.comI called and spoke to Donald O'neil on September 19, According to MrO'neil he had know Idea who I wasI asked the fax number and or address of where to sent this statement letterHe took my information and said someone will call me backHe never gave me the information that I asked forI have not received a call or email from anyone at PLS as of todayHow can I give the release if they are not allowing me to submit the statement?

response because: I am the one complaining which should be authorization enough for you to answer the questions regarding my complaintI am not asking for any personal information to be submitted, i.e., bank account numbers, social security numbers or anything of the sort. I want to know why it is ok for a business to hang up on someone without resolving their issue because they have to move on to the next call, why a supervisor is never available, why I was told on several occasions the card was ordered only to find out different information every time I called. I herby give you authorization to release information to the Revdex.com and any other entities regarding this situation.

As stated in our initial response, we are not able to release any specific information regarding a third party without first receiving a signed and notarized statement from the individual authorizing such release. At this time we have not received such a statement. Notwithstanding, it is our understanding that Mr. [redacted] has received his replacement card and all issues have been resolved.

As stated in our initial response to Mr. [redacted] complaint, we are not able to release any information regarding a third party without first receiving a signed and notarized statement from the individual authorizing such release.  Although Mr. [redacted] indicated in his follow-up that he authorized the Revdex.com to pursue the complaint, at this point PLS has not received a signed and notarized statement from him providing this authorization.  Mr. [redacted] may continue to contact our Director of Financial Solutions, [redacted] at [redacted] in order to discuss his concerns.

As of September 11, 2017, we have not received the signed and notarized authorization from the customer. We encourage her to forward the authorization to us at [redacted]@plsemail.com.
