They are extremely rude they hung up on me after asking what was point of calling when I tried to receive information about my garnished account and now they are refusing to answer my calls horrible company

Review: ihave been contact by the department over twenty time about money that I owe. set up arrangement. pls at the collention department. they want honor the agreement.they call everyday.Desired Settlement: I agree pay them off within thirty days they refuse to send me a copy of this agreement. I gave them my bank info two week ago. the first payment of 200.00 on may 1st 2015 iwant them cancel and set it.and give a copy to what we agree to.
