this is in regards to a previous complaint I have filed against this company. I am not satisfied as to the job that was done by this company and was unable to answer the previous email sent to me as for I had no access to previous email address([redacted]). It is not satisfactory to me as to the amount that this company has offered to fix this problem,the amount that was offered is far below the amount that it will take for someone else to fix this problem.
Desired Outcome: to be refunded the money that we paid to this company

As you can tell by the text messages all of this had come to me as a surprise. on May [redacted] I was at the grants working. I was unable to finish as it was a Saturday evening when I left and I needed some more siding. I returned on Tuesday May [redacted] and finished. At 4:39 I received a text from [redacted] thanking me for everything as well as some signs that I had given them then At 6:22 pm I received a text from [redacted] telling me that he tried to remove the complaint but I needed to send in my reply and that he would then take care of it after they had responded back from my response. Those were the last correspondaces that I had received from the grants until I received the letter from the Revdex.com stating that another piece of siding had fallen off and that I was not welcome back there nor did they want to talk to me and they were getting someone else to fix the problem. I did try to contact the grants on 2 occassions with no response. On April [redacted] I received a letter from [redacted] telling me that he received a letter from one of his neighbors stating that our company only put insullation up 1/2 of the wall on one side of the house. A few weeks later I personally come to the grants went up 3/4 of the way and popped off a couple pieces of siding showing him that there was in fact insullation up that wall. If ** and [redacted] does not want our company to come out and fix the siding I would be happy to pay $250 or $300 for another company to come out and make a service call to repair the problem. However I do feel that asking us for a complete refund is out of line. I will also add that another company out working on the siding will nulify the warranty that PLSMN has placed on this job.

Review: I had to have them come back several times because the siding they put on has come off and the siding is not secured in certain areasDesired Settlement: I want them to fix it right so that I dont have to keep calling them to come back
