The business owner finally contacted me on 6/6/and stated that they had had a website error on 6/3/They assured me I would be issued a refund for the chargeI replied and reminded them that there
were two charges to be taken care ofI received no reply but was issued a refund for both charges which came first in the form of email and the funds were later deposited in my bank acctThe first refund was deposited on 6/10/16 and the second on 6/13/As of 6/13/the issue of the refund has been fully resolved

Review: I was very happy with this company until I decided to cancel my subscription with them for personal reasons. I cancelled on May 3, 2016. On May 22, 2016 I received a charge to my debit card from this company that was unauthorized. I contacted the company at this time and did not hear a response. Another charge was added to my account on June 3, 2016 that was also unauthorized. I attempted to contact the company once again without response. I emailed two more contacts that I could find on the website with no response and failed to talk to anyone on their call service. It is now June 6, 2016 and I have still yet to hear from anyone in regards to the charges to my account, and although I am sad to report it, this is highly unacceptable and unprofessional.Desired Settlement: All I ask is that my money be refunded into my account and that a stop is put on the what seems to be recurring charges.

Review: I placed two orders on October 10th and October 14th. A few days passed and there was no shipment. I emailed the owner and she said not to worry that it is pending shipment but my orders were complete. My payment was taken from my account. Their policy states that once payment is taken out the order will ship in 24 hours. This was on the 15th. A few days later no shipment. I sent another email and was told that my orders are not complete as previously stated and will ship out when they're ready despite my money taken. $132.64 was taken for my order which is correct. On Monday after 7 days exactly I emailed again and called asking about the shipment of my order. I feel like I'm being scammed and that they are feeding me false information.Desired Settlement: I would like either my orders to ship out with correct product and measurements within 24-48 hours or a full refund
